Extensive experience from leading positions in various industries, FMCG, fashion & sporting goods and the automotive industry, where I have worked at well-known companies like Unilever, Nike and am currently positioned at Volvo Cars. Deep cross-functional knowledge both from the operational side within commercial, product, purchasing and industrialization, as well as a high level of strategy and transformation experience. Leader of large teams as well as large organizations (550 employees).

Further, board experience from both non-profit organizations (Our Normal) as well as organisations with a group structure, including several companies (Svenska Skidförbundet).
