What I bring!

I bring a strategical approach in combination with a strong operational focus. Extensive experience from Start-up companies as well as change management. Long experience from both building up- and leading company in growth with a strong business mind-set and customer focus. Entrepreneur mindset and experience of working in a global cross-functional and multi-cultural organizations. Have experience of building up Corporate Functions including Board of Directors with strategic plan and execution of the same in a start-up company as Head of Operations and Deputy CEO in a Joint Venture between Geely and Volvo Cars.

Current assignment to build up Head of Aftersales Commercial Operations and Technical Service, in a start-up company within Automotive Industry with the mission to rebuild the organization to fit for future challenges and to become profitable.

My background withholds several leading positions within the area of Automotive with experience within Aftersales, Retail, HR, Finance, IT, Communication, Quality & Customers Satisfaction, as well as various industries as Interior Design building up my own business within retail, building e-commerce. My experience includes food company as Mc Donalds.

I have board experience both from Automotive but also from non-profit organizations within Koloniträdgårdsförbundet, which is an economic association, both as a board member and chairman for many years as well as in the association’s council. In my role as Head of Operations and Deputy CEO my responsibility included strategic planning and executing of the Board year.
